Our
Ebizznetonline Network
The Ebizznetonline.com
data center facilities are located in what is arguably the best
environment for access to the global IP network. We are in a
major east coast US Class A Data Center with every major carrier
available to us and a network that ensures your web site/s or
content is fast and available to the Americas, UK, Europe, Asia
and the Pacific Rim. Our main connection is from the ultra secure
Carrier Hotel at 165 Halsey St, Newark, NJ in the carrier neutral
Equinix IBX. This is a major network access point right on the
Internet backbone and has the capacity to allow us to scale
up to virtually any level. More than we will ever need. We have
two totally separate cages/NAPs/routers within this facility.
The entire electrical system has built-in redundancy
to guarantee continuous operation. The system is N+1 redundant,
including each component within the parallel electrical systems.
-
AC and DC raceways with 2N distribution.
-
AC po- Batteries with at least 7 minutes full load operation
(diesel generators typically take roughly 8 seconds to become
operational); 48 hours generator fuel with multiple contracts
with fuel providers.
- Redundant DC power circuits.
To provide optimum conditions for equipment
operation and minimize downtime due to equipment failure,
the HVAC system provides appropriate airflow, temperature
and humidity. Redundancy features provide additional protection.
- The building is also designed to
withstand fire, flood and earthquake.
- Fire Suppression: Multi-zoned, dry
pipe, water-based fire suppression system.
-
Flood Control: Built above sea-level. No basements. Dedicated
pump rooms.
-
Earthquake: Structural systems meet or exceed seismic design
requirements.
We also have space in the VDI data
center in Clifton NJ, and both facilities, only a few miles
apart, are connected via a protected OC12 fiber connection.
A major equipment upgrade here, just completed, has seen Cisco
switching and routers replaced by more reliable Extreme Networks
switches and Juniper routers.
Currently our connections are as follows;
[Primary / Failover]
Internap
AT&T / Cogent
Qwest / Williams
NAC / Internap
Each
rack of servers has 2 x HP Procurve switches and each port
is enabled to 100 MBPS. Each rack also now has 2 x 100 MBPS
uplinks [for redundancy]. We have GigE uplinks to the Juniper
M5 routers. See the following diagram for basic topology;
